Preparation

Note: Quilt tops must be completely finished. Unfinished quilt tops will be returned at your expense or we can discuss an additional charge for completion.

All loose threads must be removed prior to sending your quilt top. On lighter fabric, loose threads on the back side of the top will show through.

Press the quilt top and backing with seams pressed open or to one side so that seams lay
flat as possible.

All layers must be separate. Do Not Pin or Baste your quilt top.

Batting & Backing should be at least 6" larger than the top on all sides.

Please identify the head of the quilt top and back with a safety pin or masking tape.

Complete order form and include with quilt top.

We recommend the following Batting: Warm & Natural Cotton Batting, Warm & White Cotton Batting, Hobbs Heirloom Cotton Batting and Quilters Dream Select Poly or Cotton Batting.

It is very important that you prepare your quilt top before sending it to me.
We will do our best to smooth out tucks, puckers and stretched areas.
There will be an extra charge for quilt tops that are NOT neatly pressed and free of extra threads.
