A special discount is given to quilters that are quilting for charity. You must submit a minimum of 2 or more quilts to receive a charity discount. Pattern choice must be a simple edge tp edge design only. Backing fabric must be solid or a simple all over print. No special layout will be given for backing. Thread color will be determined by AQS to match colors within the quilt. (Name of Charity must be provided for tax purposes.)
To calucate the rate, multiply width by length. For example a quilt top that is 72" x 90" would equal 6480 inches. Than multiply by design rate. (6480 x .015 = $97.00)
ALL-OVER BASIC DESIGN: FLAT RATE - SEE CHART
This is edge to edge stitching of basic large floral, meandering, hearts, loops, starts, swirls, curls, leaves.
ALL-OVER SIMPLE DESIGN :($.015/sq inch )
This is edge to edge stitching of simple floral, meandering, figures, detailed designs, etc.
ALL-OVER COMPLEX DESIGN: ($.020 sq/inch)
This is edge to edge stitching of complex floral, meandering, figures, detailed designs, etc.
CUSTOM DESIGN: ($.025 - $.030 sq/inch)
This is stitching within a Block, Border treatments, various amounts of stitching in the ditch.
HEIRLOOM DESIGN: ($.035 sq.inch)
This is heavier stitching, more detailed quilting, background fillers, Block and Border treatments. This type of quilting gives your quilt a gorgeous heirloom appearance.

Thread:
High quality 100% cotton thread in a color that compliments your quilt will be used and is included in the quilting fee. Variegated or Specialty threads will be an additional charge of $5 - $7.
